Service Description
If you need to have custom made or specific Jewellery fitted, this is the appointment for you! Price includes a block of time with our piercer, sterilisation of your new Jewellery in a state of the art Autoclave, PPE costs and fitting your new Jewellery! PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO NOT FIT JEWELLERY THAT HAS BEEN PURCHASED FROM OUTSIDE OUR STUDIO, FOR EXAMPLE: AMAZON, EBAY, ONLINE FASHION RETAILERS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU TURN UP EXPECTING US TO FIT YOUR OWN JEWELLERY (unless it has been purchased from us here at Otium).
Cancellation Policy
At Otium, we require 48 hours notice to cancel or amend any booking. If appointments are missed without prior contact, the full payment is still required. Please ensure you create an account on our website so you can self manage your appointment if required. Please ensure you attend your appointment in possession of valid Government Issued ID (Passport, Drivers Licence or Citizenship Card). We do not accept bus passes, collage cards etc as valid ID. If you attend your appointment without valid ID, your appointment will be cancelled at full cost. No refunds will be given. If you are under 16, YOU MUST attend your appointment with your legal parent/guardian. No refunds will be given if you attend without a Parent/guardian.
